Whether you love writing or are just curious, this session invites you to reflect quietly, explore guided prompts, and—if you wish—share with others. A calm, supportive environment where writing can boost wellbeing and self-awareness.

Nutrition and Healthy Eating

Discover how healthy eating can be simple and enjoyable. We’ll explore nutrition basics, meal planning tips, and how small changes can make a big difference. Whether you're decoding food labels or looking for fresh ideas, this workshop has something for everyone.

Mental Health Support Circle

A calm, friendly space to talk, listen, or simply be. Connect with others, share experiences, and explore ways to support wellbeing through conversation and gentle activities. No pressure to speak—just a welcoming community where everyone is respected.

Relaxation Techniques Workshop
