The Wellbeing Hub is 1 Year Old

Celebrating One Year of the Wellbeing Hub

Today, 23.7.25, marks one year since the Wellbeing Hub first opened its doors, and we are proud to have supported over 1,000 people across Stockton-on-Tees during that time. Our partnerships have continued to grow and flourish, allowing us to strengthen the support we offer to our community.

At the heart of the Hub is our commitment to providing face-to-face support in a welcoming, non-judgemental space where there is no wrong door. As part of the NHS Community Mental Health Transformation Programme and led by Catalyst Stockton, the service is dedicated to supporting residents with their mental health and overall wellbeing.

Sarah Jones, Wellbeing Hub Project Manager, said:
"The opportunity for anyone facing challenges or seeking support to stay well is truly endless. Whether it's in-house support available the moment someone walks through the door or helping them connect with the service that best meets their needs, we’re here to help."

Our partnerships including our co-location with Citizens Advice and partners —continue to be a real strength, ensuring people receive holistic, joined-up support under one roof.

Thank you to everyone working with us and attending the Wellbeing Hub.
