Celebrating Two Years of the Stockton-on-Tees Wellbeing Hub

This week marks two years since the Wellbeing Hub first opened its doors, and we are so proud to have seen the hub go from strength to strength.

What started as an incredibly ambitious idea has turned into a building full of collaboration that works together to serve the needs of those in our community who most need it. Ensuring a range of organisations are under one roof means that residents are not signposted from building to building; they can access a wide range of support on a plethora of subjects such as mental health, housing, employment, substance use, all right in the heart of Stockton-on-Tees.

It’s hard to believe we’re already celebrating the Wellbeing Hub’s second anniversary.

I still remember joining Catalyst to work on this project. From the very beginning, it was something I felt incredibly excited to be part of. At that time, the vision of the Hub as a physical building felt like a huge undertaking and something that seemed a long way off. Looking at where we are today, I couldn’t be prouder of everyone who has played a part in making that vision a reality. We now have a welcoming Hub, a dedicated team of volunteers supporting the building, and colleagues working tirelessly every day to support local residents.

Celebrating our second anniversary is a wonderful milestone and a testament to the commitment, partnership, and hard work of everyone involved. Here’s to many more years of making a positive difference in our community Sarah Jones, Wellbeing Hub Project Manager
